After receiving his initial calling into ministry as a Bio-Engineer at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, he finished his Master of Divinity at Biblical Theological Seminary (1989-1992). He also finished his master’s in Urban Missions at Westminster Theological Seminary (1995-1996). In 1996, he planted Grace Covenant Church with a vision to be a multi-ethnic church that will raise kingdom workers for the harvest of the world to the glory of God. God has blessed Pastor Young and his wife Annette with His precious gifts in Sarah, Daniel, and Isaiah. “My prayer is that the Holy Spirit may empower me to love Jesus with all my heart, mind, strength and soul and to love others with the love of God.”

Chris was born in Staten Island, NY and grew up in New York City. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bowdoin College (Brunswick, ME) and his Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary (Princeton, NJ). After graduating from seminary, Chris served as a local church pastor in Central New Jersey for seven years before joining the leadership team of a pioneering missions organization. During his ten years with them, he served both at the headquarters in Colorado Springs, and in the Middle East with his family for three and a half years.

Chris has been married to Eunice for over 20 years and God has blessed them with five wonderful children. They are passionate about seeing godly, healthy, and resilient leaders raised up for the harvest fields. In 2023, Chris joined the staff of GCC Main Line and the whole family is excited to be part of what the Lord is doing at GCC!

Eddie was born in New York and grew up in Paramus, NJ. He received his calling to youth ministry in 2018 while attending GCC Philadelphia as a Drexel student. After graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2020, Eddie moved from the GCC Philadelphia site to Main Line to serve in the youth group while working as a project manager. In 2023, he transitioned to full-time staff at GCC and is now pursuing his Master of Divinity from Cairn University. He married his wife Katie in 2024. God planted seeds that grew Eddie’s heart for youth ministry through his years as a martial arts instructor in high school, his timely salvation right before leaving for college, and youth retreats he served at while attending college.

Eunice was born in Philadelphia and grew up in Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ). Upon graduation, she worked as an advocate for foster children and as an intern at her church. Pastor Chris and Eunice have 5 wonderful children (ranging in ages from twenty-two to eleven years old). Eunice homeschooled her kids for about 15 years in total. She is passionate about seeing healthy, thriving families raised up for the Kingdom of God.  Eunice also loves to podcast and write books that inspire others in their journey with God. 

Alice was born and raised in Northern NJ. She graduated Rutgers in 2003 with degrees in Psychology and Sociology. During her sophomore year in college, she decided to serve in children’s ministry and has experience serving and working with children for 14 years. She attended The Remnant Presbyterian Church in New York and served as Children’s director for 3 years, and through Remnant Church she was introduced to GCC. She is married to Joe Park and is a stay at home parent to her kids, Seth and Autumn.  Additionally, she serves on the board of Every Good Gift, a ministry that helps single mothers and their children. She loves anything sweet, animals with short legs and spending time with family.

Born and raised in north Philly, graduated GW high school in 1995, Cabrini College in 2000, and worked for Lockheed Martin for 15yrs as a software engineer. Started attending GCC in 1997, and met my beautiful and smart wife Hui Jeong in pastor Joe Lee’s small group. We now have two beautiful daughters, and we are currently serving and attending at the main Line site. I had the awesome opportunity to go on short term missions for the first time in 2018 to Indonesia, there God really opened my heart and eyes for the lost while also showing me how much of a bubble we live in the US. I love spending time with family and friends, and I still enjoy roller coasters, water parks, and eating (especially spicy foods).
