Earlier this year, Grace Covenant Church (GCC) was blessed to purchase a new property to serve our expanding congregation and advance God’s Kingdom in the East Norriton, PA community. We can’t wait to meet our new neighbors, open our doors, and grow together in faith, service, and fellowship.

What This Means for Our Community:

The Campus at a Glance

  • Location: 6 & 16 Hancock Ave, East Norriton, PA 19401
  • 102,700 sq. ft. total grounds across two parcels—room to gather, serve, and grow
  • 17,000+ sq. ft. of indoor space designed for worship, discipleship, and community care
  • Main Church (3 floors):
    • Sanctuary: Christ-centered worship and prayer
    • Second Floor: Children's Ministry classrooms
    • Lower Level: Children’s church, kitchen, and fellowship hall
  • Parsonage: Envisioned housing and hub for our expanding youth ministry, as well as staff offices, pastoral care, and weekday support
  • Additional Parking: Additional parcel of land for parking and future outreach, recreation, and events

The GCC Building Campaign:

Fundraising $1 Million for Our Future

We are embarking on a Building Campaign with the goal of raising $1 Million over the course of the next 2 years. The funds will go towards renovation costs (estimates below), including:

  • Furnishings, Fixtures & Electronics – $250K
  • Youth Group Addition – $200K
  • Bathroom Addition – $150K
  • Asphalt & Concrete – $100K
  • Electrical – $100K
  • HVAC – $100K
  • Floors & Demo – $100K
  • Doors & Windows – $100K
  • Mechanical, Electronics, Plumbing, Architect Plans – $70K
  • Painting – $50K
  • Heating Kitchen – $50K
  • Fire & Security – $30K
